Return Policy

Inventorprise, Inc. is pleased to offer its customers an unconditional 30-day money back guarantee. Requests for return must be made within 30-days of purchase. Products purchased from sources other than Inventorprise, Inc. (i.e. Local Reseller, Internet Electronic Reseller, Mail Order, etc.) must be returned to the company from which they were purchased and are subject to that company's return policy. Returned products must be complete and in good condition.

To return a product purchased from Inventorprise, Inc. please contact us to obtain instructions and a unique Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Packages returned without an RMA number will not be returned and no credit will be issued.

To ensure smooth handling of your return, it is recommended that a carrier service with a reliable tracking system is utilized; such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx). Inventorprise, Inc. is not responsible for return shipping costs or lost products. RMA numbers remain effective for ten (10) business days.

Please allow three weeks, from the date we receive the returned product, for a refund to be credited. You will be refunded in the same manner in which you initially paid for your product. Credit card refunds will be credited against the card used. Purchase order refunds will be issued a credit against your account balance.
